A Deep Cleaning consists of dusting the entire PC including all fans, heatsink fan, power supply fans. All filters are pulled and cleaned then re-installed.
Heatsink is pulled from the CPU, cleaned and new thermal paste is applied. This is important because as thermal paste ages it doesn’t nearly keep the CPU as cool as it could. (Colder is better)
The Tune Up consists of

- Disk Defragmentation of Hard Drives
- Reclaiming disk space by removing Temporary and Unused Files
- Updating Operating Systems and all drivers
